More Than Just Drinks, It's An Experience.

At the age of 18, Yancy got his first gig behind the bar at a busy, downtown Delray Beach hotspot, Smoke BBQ. It was during a sold-out Kentucky Derby event that Yancy fell in love with bartending and the craft of cocktails. Shortly after, Yancy went on to tend bar at club venues in Miami such as Club Space and Eleven where he really learned what it means to be quick and efficient behind a bar. Midway through his senior year of college, he fell into an opportunity with Junior's Cheesecake, a famous restaurant and deli known for, you guessed it, it's cheesecake!

After opening the Boca Raton location in Mizner Park, Junior's presented an opportunity for Yancy to move to the big apple and open the second Midtown location on 49th and Broadway as their Beverage Director and Bar Manager. 

The rest is history!

During his time in NYC, Yancy has gone on to create one-of-a-kind cocktail experiences, six different cocktails programs between the Hamptons and Manhattan, and work together with big names such as Netflix, Coca-Cola, Bella Magazine, and many more to prove that, "bartending is more than just drinks, it's an experience."
